I know from my years in Management that people often tell you about what you are doing wrong but they dont often say Thank You for a job well done. This was my first visit to your shop and I was so impressed with your customer service and car service as well. Everyone I met was not only very responsive but thoughtful too. You showed me that my water pumps (4 of them so far) which had been replaced elsewhere were substandard. I have always had an off and on squeak in my belts, possibly this was the cause, I dont really know. But now the squeak is gone for the first time since I have owned my car. If I dont need to move due to recent job loss, I will return to you for everything I need. I have already mentioned your name to a few people. Thank you for having such a great attitude. I know that is a choice you have made You really stand out in the crowd above all the rest. GOD BLESS YOU for this! Regards, John

I would have give a five star rating if I had been given the opprtunity to test that deliciously beautiful mysterious blue car with the white stripe, LOL. But in all seriousness, the guys at Reyco are the best. Their service is excellent & I intend on going to them for all my automotive needs.

I have been going to Reyco and working with Angel for the past few years. He is pleasant and overall helpful. I have 3 vehicles so I visit the shop when needed. The last time there was an issue with my credit card, and after being on hold for over 45 mins there was nothing the credit card co could do. I had just gotten back from vacation and the card was flagged for unusual activity and would be locked until the next day. I offered to pay by check or bring the money or another credit card in the morning. The answer was "I can't allow you to take the car without payment". They would not accept a check and would not allow me the courtesy of be a longstanding customer who has always paid his bills in FULL each and every time to leave with my truck. I thought that was terrible and for that I will unlikely return to Reyco. I think it's important to maintain a good, trusting relationship with your patrons. I understand businesses getting beat for payment, but we are not all deadbeats and that day I was bad to feel like one.

Hi John,We are sorry to hear about that whole experience.I am the service manager Ray,I tried reaching out to you the very next morning and was unable to reach you.Angel had advised me of the issue with your credit card and unfortunately when this happened it was the end of the day and was in a meeting,So Angel followed standard company policy.Reyco has serviced your 1 truck,2 times in the last 2 years before this service and we appreciate that.At the end of the day we do not ever want a customer to feel unsatisfied with their Reyco experience..We also understand your point of view and hope you understand ours,To release a vehicle without payment due for almost $900 is more then just a courtesy. We value all our customers and we appreciate any or all of your business,Thank you.
